Our Story
Seahorse Farm Winery begins where the Atlantic breeze meets the rich soils of Cape May — a place where a surgeon's precision, an artist's eye, and a Greek soul came together to grow something extraordinary.
Founded by John Stratis, whose hands have shaped both human form and canvas, this winery is a deeply personal creation. Inspired by the Aegean, grounded in New Jersey's coastal terroir, and built with ten grandchildren in mind — every vine, every bottle is an act of love.
We are nearly ready to open our doors. The farm is being born.
